Hello, I’m Adam Donovan the proprietor of Sterling Signs. I’d like welcome you to the Sterling Signs website and take a moment to tell you a little about us.
We use and recommend ROLAND printers and plotters. Our largest printer (the ROLAND SJ-745EX – Pro VII) has the capability to print up to 1,897mm wide, more than 500mm wider than most of our competitors – This results in fewer joins and therefore a more professional finish. We largely use digital medias from 3M as their reputation is second to none. All of our artwork and design is produced using the unrivalled Adobe CS4 Illustrator and Photoshop.

Sterling Silver or Green?
Sterling Signs is an environmentally aware “Green” business, we have taken a number of steps to help us reduce our carbon footprint.
- We have opted to use Roland’s “Eco Sol” inks in all our large format printers; these inks are more gentle on the environment than full solvent inks.
- We recycle our waste, papers etc.
- Electricity use is kept to a minimum by reducing lighting in “machine only” areas of production and by using low energy globes where possible.
